The card
The IBJJF named the last of the 48 contenders on October 16, so every division is full. Five of last year’s six champions are back to defend their titles, and Cole Abate is the only one who is not in the field. The brackets will be added here once they are drawn.
One name has changed since the IBJJF’s earlier announcements. Eliza Nascimento, announced at women’s lightweight on September 17, is no longer on the IBJJF’s contender list, and Giovanah Oliveira was announced in that division on October 13. The IBJJF has not posted a notice about Nascimento.
