UFC BJJ 11 Card Breakdown: Musumeci Moves Up to Face Bryce Mitchell
Mikey Musumeci steps up to featherweight against UFC fighter Bryce Mitchell, and Mason Fowler puts his light heavyweight title on the line against Nick Rodriguez.
UFC BJJ 11 runs tonight at Meta Apex in Las Vegas, live on UFC Fight Pass from 5:00 PM PT (8:00 PM ET). Eight matches are on the card and one title is on the line. The records below are UFC BJJ records as the UFC lists them.
Main event: The bantamweight champion moves up
Mikey Musumeci vs. Bryce Mitchell · featherweight show match
Musumeci is the reigning UFC BJJ bantamweight champion and is 4-0 in the promotion with four submissions, according to the UFC. His UFC BJJ wins include submissions of Keven Carrasco, Shay Montague and Kevin Dantzler, and tonight is his fifth UFC BJJ main event. He moves up to featherweight (145 lb) for a show match. His IBJJF titles include the 2019 world title at rooster.
Mitchell, a UFC featherweight and a BJJ black belt, makes his UFC BJJ debut. The UFC points to his submission wins in MMA over Santiago Luna and Matt Sayles, and he is one of the few athletes to land a twister in the Octagon.
Title match: A rematch for the light heavyweight belt
Mason Fowler vs. Nick Rodriguez · light heavyweight title
Fowler holds the UFC BJJ light heavyweight title and is 3-0 in UFC BJJ with two submissions, with title wins over Devhonte “Bones” Johnson, Pedro Machado and David Garmo. Rodriguez is 1-0-1 in UFC BJJ and made his light heavyweight debut with a first-round submission of Joao Nicolite. The two have met before: according to the UFC, Rodriguez beat Fowler by decision in 2024. Fowler's IBJJF titles include ultra heavy at the 2023 European Championship and the 2022 Brasileiro.
A former champion at women’s featherweight
Aurelie Le Vern vs. Rana Willink · women’s featherweight
Le Vern, a former UFC BJJ women's featherweight champion from French Guiana, is 2-1 with two submissions. Willink, out of San Diego, is 1-1 with one submission. They meet at women's featherweight. Le Vern's IBJJF titles include medium heavy at the 2024 European Championship, and medium heavy and the open class at the 2024 European No-Gi Championship.

- Pedro Machado vs. Lucas Norat, light heavyweight. Machado, who lost a title match to Fowler, is 1-1 with one submission, and Norat is 0-1. Machado won heavy at the 2024 IBJJF Pan Championship and took silver at the 2023 World Championship. Norat won super heavy at the 2024 IBJJF American Nationals No-Gi and took bronze at the 2025 No-Gi World Championship.
- Jay Rodriguez vs. Kevin Beuhring, middleweight. Both make their UFC BJJ debuts.
- Ryan Elgarico Jr. vs. Jordan Holy, featherweight. Both make their UFC BJJ debuts.
