Lyzz Mitrovic is entered at super heavy in both the gi and no-gi tournaments at the Sacramento Fall International Open on Saturday. She’s the 2023 No-Gi world champion at medium heavy, and she won the Pans in the gi this year.

She’s the only woman registered at super heavy in either tournament. She’s also No. 25 in the women’s no-gi ranking, and she’s registered for the No-Gi World Championship in December.

## Her titles

Mitrovic swept the no-gi majors at medium heavy in 2023, winning the Pan No-Gi, the European No-Gi and the No-Gi Worlds. In the gi, she added the 2026 Pans title to a run of world, Pans and European medals, and she competed at +65 kg at the 2026 ADCC World Championship.
